Animal Discovery

Instructors will work with classroom teachers to develop a unique science investigation using animal exhibits in the zoo. During the program, students are encouraged to develop their own questions and scenarios while meeting a live animal up close in the classroom. The themes generated by the class are then carried into the zoo and students get to think like a scientist and look for evidence that will help them answer the questions they generated.
